Job Description

We are a seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our frontend architecture, user interface, and user experience. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of starting simple and scrappy with a focus on customer needs. You’ll be joining as our first full-time frontend hire. This is an opportunity to shape a product from the ground level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and deliver delightful frontend solutions

• Develop and maintain efficient and reusable frontend components and libraries

• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience

• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends

• Establish frontend best practices and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in frontend development and architecture

• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks, such as React

• Familiarity with backend technologies and ability to collaborate with backend engineers

• Experience with small teams who move quickly

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• We are open to candidates in +-3 hours of EDT.
