Using your strong data analytics skills, product management know-how, and leadership prowess, you will help develop and manage market-leading solutions. You will directly interact with product managers, data analysts, engineers, data scientists, client management teams, and other functions to bring products to market.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the businesses that produce the data used by the Data Commerce organization to build products
  • Have a deep understanding of user journeys and user experience; identify and fill product gaps.
  • Write powerful summaries and characterizations of data and analyses for various audiences.
  • Perform data exploration on databases and data sets as needed to build effective analyses that drive decision-making, establish leadership, improve user experience, and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the product management, engineering, data analytics, data science, and operational support teams to help build and optimize products.
  • Produce process documentation in support of products including information around relevant data, analytics, and core operational and technical processes
  • Interact with clients and partners to solicit feedback on company products and services

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience OR 4-7 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience. Degree in technical / quantitative discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.)
  • 4+ years of experience working with CPG or category management functions to activate strategies derived from data analysis.
  • 4+ years of experience working with and analyzing big data sets to build strategic sales plans, or to build analyses that leverage multi-variate data sets across demographic and consumption measures.
  • Experience building creative presentations with impactful data visualizations.

What would be great to have:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience managing projects or products using Agile methodologies or JIRA project management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and writing code using R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or others.
  • Experience of successfully working in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment
