What does a successful Director of Data Analytics do at Fiserv?

As the Director of Data Analytics, you will be an integral member of the Fiserv Network Data Analytics team as you lead and mentor a team of data analysts. 

The Fiserv Network Business is comprised of three payments networks owned and operated by Fiserv – Accel and STAR debit payments which support all types of Debit, ATM, P2P transactions throughout the United States; MoneyPass network and the CardFree Cash product which provide surcharge-free cash access at more than 70,000 ATMs nationwide. As a member of the Fiserv Network Data Analytics team you will lead the analytics team in support of Network revenue initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of data science professionals to complete advanced analytics projects in support of Network Solutions revenue initiatives.
• Leverage existing data assets to offer automated solutions to internal clients for repetitive data processes
• Provide data visualization solutions to internal Network clients
• Mentor Analytics team in data modeling and Network transaction forecasting
• Oversee accuracy and maintenance of Network Revenue Model

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• 3 or more years of data modeling experience.
• 3 or more years as a people leader.
• Proficiency with data analytics and using Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience collaborating across teams, making decisions and with problem solving.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of the debit payments industry and an understanding of variables influencing Network pricing.
