Job Description

This position is a 10-week internship program that will start June 3rd through August 9th.

This will be a remote/hybrid opportunity in Stamford, CT. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).

The wage range for this position is $20-$24 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.

Candidate will work with the Digital Products team using analytics to get deeper understanding of Pitney Bowes Enterprise Shipping clients. Opportunity for candidate to apply data science, analytics, financial and statistical tools, and skills to derive insights from existing client’s data.

• Segment and analyze client based on needs for PB enterprise shipping products 
• Develop models to segment client based on their enterprise shipping history and expected future usage.
• Key deliverable, develop a model to project saving and benefits clients derive from using PB enterprise shipping software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Majoring in Engineering, (Industrial Engineering/Operations Research), Business with focus on data analytics, statistics or finance), Data Science,
• Enjoy problem solving and overcoming challenges.
• Curious on why things are the way they are, open minded and creative thinking.
• Enjoys team work as much as working by oneself.
• Proficiency with Excel and data base tools
• Good written communication.
