Job Description:

You are:

A strong Business Intelligence Data Analyst with experience in Marketing & Supply Chain who enjoys solving complex problems using cutting edge business solutions in order to support our Global eCommerce Analytics Delivery, Return and Fulfillment Services business. This individual will work closely with Marketing & Business Intelligence teams to conduct analysis of customer experience journey to identify right metric & performance indicators. You are an individual who will learn to understand our customer’s journey, utilizing actionable data at every touchpoint. This is a truly unified brand experience and unique engagement opportunity where you will be recognized as a Techno-Functional Analyst at the Enterprise level. You will deliver a competitive advantage in the ever-changing world of global commerce through data analytical insights.

This position will sit fulltime in Austin, TX or remote.

You will:

• Provide analytical leadership within marketing team and develop new/improved ways to track and report key aspects of the business to inform key business decisions
• Develop complex BI tools that integrate data from multiple systems for direct consumption or integration with other systems.
• Have a solid understanding of web analytics.
• Perform an analysis of the results of the consumer surveys
• Prepare BI dashboards, reporting, and data analysis needs.
• Perform ad-hoc data pulls.
• Conduct complicated and detailed analyses of data relative to applicable project.
• Utilize data visualization software products to enhance understanding of data analyses.
• Utilize background in Data Analytics, SQL, R , Python and Microsoft Suite tools and software.
• Use data to create models that depict trends in our customer base and the consumer population as a whole
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports and models.
• Assists in the development of metrics to assess the impact of logistics practice guidelines.
• Develops and runs queries to support assigned projects.

Your background:

• As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you have:
• 4+ years of experience working as an Analyst (analytical position) in supply chain or marketing.
• Must have hands-on experience in developing complex SQL queries.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of web analytics
• Expert in manipulating data to extract desired information
• Must have experience in working with Python/R for automation.
• Must have experience in creating dashboards in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
• Comfortable in creating Statistical or Quantitative models.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
