Job Description

This role is based in our Munich office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Partner with Sales teams to drive strategies and deals for our top accounts in DACH
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Asana can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact
  • Promote Asana as the market leading platform within its category
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor for both customers and colleagues
  • Be a key player in helping Asana achieve its revenue goals
  • Be a thought leader for smart work, leveraging the power of AI - and you're not afraid to talk about that at events, in podcasts or interviews
  • Be a storyteller and help customers imagine completely new ways of working

About you

  • 5+ years in Presales, Account Management, Professional Services or similar role preferably within a SaaS environment
  • ​​A deep curiosity and understanding of how technology creates value in a business context
  • Confidence with influencing senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience in running guided solution validations (Workshops, Proof of Concepts)
  • Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards
  • Conversational level experience with JSON and RESTful APIs to showcase its power in customer conversations
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Located in our office in Munich (remote on case-by-case basis)
  • Willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 20%

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €106,000 - €134,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
