We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the team responsible for driving customer adoption, engagement, and monetization through our website, asana.com. Our website serves as the front door for millions of prospective customers each month and is an essential destination for current customers striving to get the most out of Asana. In this role, you’ll build close ties with teams within and beyond the Product to ensure our website is seamlessly integrated into our core product experience from sign-up to renewal, with the ultimate goal of driving activation, visitation, retention, and monetization. To achieve these goals, you’ll build net-new products and web-based experiences, as well as run iterative optimizations to improve outcomes on asana.com and within our product.
This role is perfect for a product manager with previous experience optimizing customer acquisition and retention funnels, who has a penchant for hypothesis-driven product development and A/B experimentation, and who has deep empathy for customers. You have strong product intuition, are extremely data-savvy and can marry the quant with the qual to deliver exceptional user experiences and business results. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, user research, marketing, customer support, revenue, data science, analytics, and the rest of our amazing PM team.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $202,000-$258,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
