As we expand, we're seeking a Human Capital Operations Manager to join our Human Capital team. Reporting to the Human Capital Director, you will oversee HR services, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, process improvement, team leadership, and compliance.

Job Overview

The Human Capital Operations Manager will lead the HR operations team, ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, fostering team leadership, and enhancing overall HR operations.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and exit interviews, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and compliance with legal and company policies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and develop team members.

Employment Law:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional employment laws, ensuring company adherence.
  • Oversee visa application, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regional laws.
  • Manage background checks for potential employees, adhering to legal guidelines and maintaining the confidentiality of all parties involved.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and enhance HR operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline HR services, including a high-functional HRIS.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with local and international regulations.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure HR processes are following local and international regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR operations experience, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, process improvement, and compliance. Ideally UAE based experience. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software ( SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in regional employment laws and regulations, especially concerning visa management and background checks.
  • Familiarity with the intricacies of the local employment landscape, ensuring that Presight remains compliant and ahead of all regulatory changes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
