We're searching for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ranks and play a crucial role in our mission.

The opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in building a high-performing culture by bringing in the right talent to Presight. This role will assist in all end-to-end talent acquisition activities to ensure the most suitable candidates are sourced, screened and selected in line with business objectives. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from talent mapping to contractor hiring, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Emiratization Drive: Play a pivotal role in our Emiratization drive, attracting and retaining talented Emirati Nationals.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with functional heads in identifying job vacancies and drafting relevant Job Descriptions. Provide regular updates to the relevant heads on the status and progress of the vacancy and new hire's recruitment.
  • Talent Mapping and Sourcing Strategy: Create innovative talent mapping and sourcing strategies to ensure we always have the best candidates in the pipeline.
  • Contractor Hiring: Streamline the contractor hiring process, making sure we bring in the right expertise when needed.
  • University Relations and Career Fairs: Foster relationships with universities, prospecting mutually beneficial partnerships and represent Presight at career fairs to attract emerging talent.
  • Internship Programs: Oversee our internship and management trainee programs, nurturing the next generation of data and AI enthusiasts.
  • Talent Acquisition Projects: Dive into special TA projects and initiatives, lending your expertise to propel our recruitment efforts forward.
  • Internal Referral Policy Management: Keep our internal referral policy in check, encouraging employees to be part of our talent acquisition success.
  • Hiring Manager Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions for our hiring managers, ensuring they're equipped to make exceptional hiring decisions.
  • Interview Scheduling: Be the mastermind behind interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Talent Acquisition Administration Support: Provide crucial administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Maintaining HR Systems and ATS: Keep our HR systems and ATS up to date and in peak performance. Maintain and continuously update a proper candidate database to keep a reference of high caliber talent for future vacant roles.
  • Data and Metrics Reporting: Present data and metrics regularly, helping us stay on track and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech or AI industry, specialized in tech and non-tech hiring
  • Fluent in English; Additionally, Arabic is preferred. Proficiency in other languages like French, Mandarin, Russian is a nice to have.
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
  • Passion for innovation and technology.
