As we expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our Human Capital team and drive employee growth and development initiatives.
Position Overview
As the Learning & Development Manager reporting directly to the Human Capital Director, you'll spearhead both the development of holistic employee learning programs and the crafting development strategies. Your primary goal is to nurture employee growth while ensuring our talent feels valued and aligned with our aspirations.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize Training:Align training strategies with organizational objectives and challenges.
Deploy Initiatives:Implement and assess scalable training programs.
Collaborative Program Design
Engage Domain Experts:Collaborate with specialists for insightful, specialized content.
Develop & Assess Content:Create relevant, engaging training content and evaluate its impact.
Continuous Learning Advocacy
Encourage Learning Culture:Promote and reward continuous learning among employees.
Facilitate Skill Development:Enable acquisition of skills across various departments.
Employee Development
Identify Skill Gaps:Utilize assessments and feedback to pinpoint development areas.
Implement Development Strategies:Design personalized development plans and guide career progression.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or equivalent. Preference for Master's degree holders.
A decade of progressive experience in L&D, encompassing strategy development, implementation, and evaluation.
Proficient in advanced HRIS platforms and standard office software.
Demonstrable leadership prowess, combined with stellar communication and analytical skills.
