Job Description

Key responsibilities

Functional: 

• Collaborate with clients to define the strategic technical vision of the desired product, manage the corresponding stakeholder discussions, and capture technical requirements best suited for the solution, further enabling technical advancements & business growth. 
• Provide a technical gateway between the initial designs agreed in the sales conversations through to the final delivery cycles with the project managers, business analysts, solution architects and developers. 
• Create high-level product specifications and design documents, architectural blueprints and inputs with attention to system integration & feasibility and provide them to the development team on an ongoing basis. 
• Develop strategic and operational plans to translate client’s business requirements into a conceptual and logical solution by leveraging domain knowledge and technical expertise. 
• Execute core activities, including, but not limited to, design of solutions, technology selection, and monitoring solution development for clients to transform their processes & systems to meet emerging business requirements. 

• Ensure that agreed quality standards and timelines are taken into consideration while designing and developing solutions in alignment with client and business requirements as well as Presight’s organizational QA/QC guidelines. 
• Provide support for the development of prototypes and proof of concept (POC) for new products and enhancements. 
• Seek guidance from SMEs in terms of subject matter inputs and ideas for new technologies & techniques in the development of logical solution architectures. 
• Liaise with the PMO and Product Managers to capture technical specific requirements for solutions architecture, identify resource requirement, assess probable risks, and define solution delivery goals. 
• Develop technical reports to address risks associated with solutions architecture related technicalities, recommend process and/or technological enhancements, and document best practices. 

Skills and attributes for success

The yardsticks of your success include cost savings achieved, number of software systems that comply with architecture standards, number of innovations/POCs deployed adherence to policies, procedures & quality standards, and customer NPS. 

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent field 
• Minimum 6 years of experience in writing code and designing software architecture 
• At least 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud Platforms and technologies, specially and not limited to: 

• Azure Synapse Analysis 
• Azure Fabric 

• Azure Data Factory 
• Azure Machine Learning 
• Azure AI Services (Cognitive, Speech, Computer Vision, OpenAI) 

Ideally, you’ll also need 

• An instinctive and innovative approach to problem solving 
• A meticulous and orderly mind with a keen eye for detail 
• Published articles in peer-reviewed journals 

This is a REMOTE Full Time Contractor role for 12 months.
