The Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to conceputalize, build, optimize and maintain models. For this role, you should know how to analyse system requirements, identifty the various data sources needed and build the approach for deriving insights from AI/ML models. You will be familiar with business processes in 1-2 Industries(.e.g Financial, Telecom, Retail) to quickly understand the requirements and come up with solutions to address the issues in these domains. Ultimately, you will help us to translate business requirements into technology requirements and define data standards and principles.

Who You Are

Graduate / Postgraduate in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in the IT Industry.

• Minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience Data Scientist Role or Similar role.
• Strong Domain experience in at least two industries (.e.g. Financial, Retail, manufacturing, Telecom)
• Should have exposure of Machine learning Algorithm and AI.
• Should have done 2-3 projects in domain of expertise,
• Should have strong good knowledge of Python, C/C++.
• Experienced in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships.
• Be able to communicate complex quantitative analysis and algorithms in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
• Accountable to ensure data integrity in Data Warehouse and Operational Datastore.
• Should have worked on Tableau Dashboard development in the past.
• Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design, and testing techniques
• Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration
• Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP and text analysis, Machine Learning.
• Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
• Data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning skills
