As a Product Manager, you will be working on the AI agent performance excellence pod and build products that help contact centers measure, monitor, evaluate and improve agents performance assisting organizations achieve the highest level of goals and business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders and teams across the organization to build and ship features that help us achieve business goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Work alongside designers and engineers to -
  • Defining the product: Defining who the product is for, identifying the fundamental problem that we are solving, understanding the competition, and our core positioning w.r.t to the competition.
  • Building the Product: Lots of brainstorming, whiteboarding, storyboarding, engineering on tradeoffs between priority/timelines/capabilities, partnering, performing usability studies, and validating the solutions.
  • Driving Product Adoption: Evangelizing the product through customer connect, being the ‘face’ of the product, experimentation, and data analysis, iterating on feedback and learnings.

What You Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience as an associate product manager, product analyst, product marketing, or similar roles is a must.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Customer Obsessed, What customer problem am I addressing?
  • Problem Solver, What product solution do I craft to address this gap?
  • Detail Oriented, How do I deliver the best customer experience possible?
  • Strategic, Does the product solution meet the business need (revenue, etc.)?
  • Go-Getter, How do I take the product from conceptualization to launch?
  • Team Collaborator, How do I work with customer success, marketing, and various sales channels to drive adoption?
  • Data-driven and analytical, and can process large amounts of data to derive meaningful insights
  • Good written and verbal communication, can write detailed documentation, and communicate effectively.

Some of things you will deliver:

  • Drive the product execution in coordination with senior product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Author epics, user stories and use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to clearly define and communicate new services and features
  • Define the metrics to ship with your features to measure usage and other success indicators, monitor those metrics, and determine if the work is successful
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to prepare a release and launch materials, author blog posts, and host webinars when appropriate
  • Build awareness of the market, technology, and competitive trends. Prepare detailed competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Engage with our user community to understand their needs and design new Getting Started Guides, How-Tos, and Quick Starts and workflows to unlock their potential
