Job Description

Scope of position:

Value Optimization service is enhancing data intelligence & enabling raw data in meaningful insight to help business in taking critical decision. Digital operations lead would be responsible for developing automation frameworks and managing a small team of analysts/ developers.

Position Responsibilities: Successful candidate should be able :

• To understand the business requirements in the BI context and translate the business processes and requirements into technical requirements.
• Execute the data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights resulted in the improvement of a business’s performance and driving efficiency improvements.
• To analyze the data , design in data models, present it through dashboards and visual interactive reports in power BI as per the requirements.
• To developed new solution as well as able to make technological adjustments to current BI dashboards to improve their performance.
• To work with Power BI gateway and integrate Power BI desktop with different data sources.
• To understand and design workflow in Alteryx.
• To manage error handling in power BI.
• To work along with global teams to solve data-intensive problems using standard analytical frameworks, tools and data visualization methods.
• To collaborate and work with Data management office team closely to understand the data extraction and data transformation processes to create the data set required for the dashboard.
• To design and work on proof of value (POV) to implement the new solution..
• To analyze data to identify problematic areas and able to optimize report performance.
• To build AI/ML based solutions, brings automation in terms of web based solution & BOT strategy Implementation.

Required Skills (these are skills that candidate MUST possess)

• A Bachelor degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-6 Years professional experience, preferably in a data analyst/data scientist role or similar, with proven results in a data analyst role.
• Should have experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of API and REST Endpoints.
• Proficiency in Database & data lake methodology.
• Experience in supply chain management along with procurement & spend analytics.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Extensive Power BI Implementation, Power Automate flows, data modeling, power queries
• Good understanding of Power Query M and hands on experience in writing complex DAX queries
• Extensive experience with Dataset design, Data Cleansing and Data Aggregation.
• Global experience and working with cross culture team, business practices.
• Languages: SQL, DAX, Python, Power Shell, M Query
• Software/Applications: Power BI, MS Access and Excel, Power Platforms like Power Apps/Automate, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint ,Alteryx.

Desired Skills:

• Databricks.
• AWS
• Knowledge of RPA platforms.
• Angular JS
