We are currently recruiting a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to join the Advanced Analytics department in Richmond, VA. or we are open to remote work arrangements.

Senior AI Enablement Engineer will facilitate the integration and adoption of artificial intelligence technologies across our organization. They will be responsible for collaborating with various teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring smooth implementation of AI solutions. This role will be pivotal in enabling our company to harness the power of AI to drive innovation and enhance our products and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • AI Strategy Support: Collaborate with leadership to understand the company's strategic goals and identify opportunities where AI can bring value. Provide insights on how AI can be integrated into existing processes and systems.
  • Technical Consultation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess their requirements, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI. Offer technical guidance and recommendations to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design AI solutions that address specific business needs. Ensure that these solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of AI solutions. Present these concepts to partners and capture feedback.
  • Technical Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for AI projects, including architecture diagrams, design decisions, implementation details, and best practices. Maintain documentation to aid in future implementations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to establish evaluation metrics for AI solutions. Monitor and measure the performance of deployed AI models, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ethical and Responsible AI: Advocate for ethical AI practices and assist in identifying and mitigating potential bias and fairness issues in AI systems.

What we want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to AI are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI-related roles, such as AI engineer, data scientist, or similar positions.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
  • Experience in solution design, technical consultation, and project management.
  • Familiarity with software development practices, including version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant AI libraries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI deployment techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI and a track record of staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
