This role is hybrid: Only 3 days per quarter required in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement core networking infrastructure, hybrid connectivity, application delivery services, and private access to Azure services 2.
• Drive the planning and design of strategic initiatives that require architecture oversight and guidance.
• Build solutions within an Agile environment with other engineers, developers and product owners to scope, develop, engineer, and provide support for one or more of the C4Es.
• Develop and deploy Microsoft Azure OpenAI related solution services for several critical business functions.
• Research, understand and apply existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on technology domains.
• Translate the enterprise's technology future-state architecture vision into principles, guidelines, standards, and patterns to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Own and drive the Enterprise Architecture governance process and influence decision making for senior technology leaders by leveraging research and fact-based recommendations for various domains.

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns.
• Real work experience in an enterprise corporation deploying:
• Core network infrastructure
• Hybrid connectivity
• Application delivery services
• Network Security
• Terraform (a plus)
• Azure Monitoring
• Broad technical experience and understanding of multiple disciplines, including Hybrid Cloud architecture approaches, Azure IaaS, PaaS, container strategy, serverless compute, storage, migration approaches, FinOps, and Cloud automation.
• Experience with automation and orchestration, infrastructure and operations, enterprise integration, application architecture, cybersecurity architecture with respect to Hybrid Cloud and external hosting best practice.
• Experience in utilizing architectural frameworks and working with enterprise architecture tools.
• Work experience in software engineering, software delivery and solution architecture.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certifications (highly desired) 
• Excellent Customer Service skills - Can convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in a manner that is easily understood, authoritative, and actionable for the business; actively listens to peers’ input.
• Experience with automation and orchestration, infrastructure and operations, enterprise integration, application architecture, cybersecurity architecture with respect to Hybrid Cloud and external hosting best practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other senior architects, support personnel and SN Managers within the organization.
• Working experience delivering enterprise grade Azure solutions for large organizations
• Experience in utilizing architectural frameworks and working with enterprise architecture tools.

Salary range: $132,500-$197,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
