What is the CBRE Digital Talent Program?

It is a rotation plan in which CBRE decides to bet and select the best digital talent in the market and which was created with the aim of developing potential professionals in the Real Estate sector globally.

During a period of 12 months, the selected candidates will carry out at least 3 rotations of an estimated duration of 4 months each through different departments within the Digital area, depending on the profile, training, competencies, skills, experience and interests.

• This program is specially designed for young university graduates with a multicultural and international profile.
• We are looking for candidates to participate in the Digital Talent Program in the following branches of knowledge:

Economic and Statistical Junior Intern:

Participates in the structuring of the department's databases and the automation of modeling processes, as well as in the generation of reports and presentations of future trends in the real estate sector and the economy.

Technological stack: statistical inference software, mainly R, Python and SQL, development of econometric models or Machine Learning. 

Data/SW Engineer

You will collaborate on SW developments with Senior Software Engineers, Product and Business Managers who lead key products that will change the shape of technology in the real estate sector in areas such as data capture and visualization, infrastructure, Cloud technologies.Technology stack: AWS, Tableau, PySpark, PostgreSQL,...

Product Manager

• Project management and end-to-end developments in different CBRE applications.
• Roadmap coordination, priorities, incident resolution, testing, training and change management.
• Technological stack: Mobile applications, Web portals, 3D visualization solutions, CRM and ERP's.
