Job Description

At Aerospace, we are committed to providing an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees to share in our common passion and aspiration – to carry out a mission much bigger than ourselves.

Exciting times at Aerospace Corporation!

Communication satellites, wideband links, command and telemetry, and terrestrial networks, along with their enabling technologies, are the domain of the Communication Technologies and Engineering Division (CTED). The division comprises all aspects, from architectures to implementation; our engineers work directly with corporate customers to ensure robust and resilient communications.

Come and join us on the leading edge of digital communications!

We are looking to hire a Digital Signal Processing Engineer within our Digital Communication Implementation Department (DCID). Prototyping cutting-edge communication and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems that will drive future acquisition programs is what we do. DCID uses software-defined radios and FPGA technology to develop advanced communication and navigation system prototypes (GNSS, PNT, GPS, etc.) that solve the toughest problems related to digital communication systems. DCID’s support includes guiding the acquisition of next generation communication and navigation systems needed by our customer, helping industry implement cutting edge technology and creating innovative solutions to our customers’ most challenging problems.

Our group supports exciting programs such as the Aerospace CubeSat SlingShot Platform, development of the Payload Characterization and Environments (PACE) Lab, and competing in challenges such as the Blind Signal Classification Challenge.
