AI-powered systems are increasingly being used to replace or augment human decision-making across a broad range of industries. These systems already impact many aspects of our lives and will continue to grow in their influence over the next two decades. Therefore, ensuring the reliability, safety, security, fairness, and understandability of these systems is critical. To date, tools to ensure that AI-powered systems meet these standards have lagged behind the tools used to develop them. This has led to two common outcomes: deployment of AI-powered systems without proper verification and validation, or conversely, failure to deploy a system after costly development time and resources due to a lack of trust in the system by stakeholders. 

This is where CalypsoAI comes in. We are building a suite of products and tools to facilitate the deployment of trustworthy AI by focusing on rigorous pre-deployment verification and validation testing of machine learning projects.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical product leader. As the Snr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive the strategy, roadmap, definition, and success of our product. This comes with responsibility for key customer growth and financial metrics.

This role requires a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to get things done.

YOU WILL

• Shape the product direction, roadmap, and positioning based on company objectives, market opportunities, customer feedback, and analysis of data, in alignment with the company strategy and in collaboration with the leadership team (and have an understanding of the ML lifecycle and ops space).
• Communicate widely to the whole company why we are prioritizing certain product features and updating against impact metrics and which features have been most successful.
• Maintain an awareness of our customers as well as the broader competitive landscape 
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent product delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and finance to deliver business milestones to market through impactful product releases

• Understanding of the AI/ ML landscape 
• You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer. The words “it can’t be done” don’t exist in your vocabulary.
• You love being the voice of the customer. You understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them.
• You can ship software products efficiently and on time.
