Iodine Software is seeking a Project Manager to join the team!

What you’ll do:

Our customer base is growing rapidly, and we need talented, dedicated individuals to help drive our continued success. The Project Manager, Implementation is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a project from discovery calls, charter development, creating detailed projects plans and managing all implementation processes.

• Lead implementations projects of Iodine Solutions
• Direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success from start to finish.
• Managing the relationships with customer and partner stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project/implementation.
• Working closely with the customer and internal Iodine Services Team to review, analyze, understand, and define the high-level Project Requirements: Objectives, Scope, Schedule and Milestones.
• Representing Iodine and always conducting business with a high level of Professionalism, Competencies, and Ethics.
• Accurately Forecasting, Planning, Reporting, and Managing on the project to ensure accurate and timely Projected Revenue
• Proactively managing and resolving issues to minimize crisis and escalations, and proactively informing and engaging Senior Management in advance when they can’t be avoided.
• Serve as the SME during the implementation.

What we’d love to see:

Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications, and experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS Professional Services capacity working directly with Customers and Partners in the healthcare field.
• Deep industry knowledge of Healthcare Software Implementations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams of diverse subject-matter-experts.
• Demonstrable competencies in planning and managing a project’s scope, schedule, costs, resources, quality and risks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Requirements:

• PMP certification
• Experience in healthcare operations in a clinic or hospital setting
• EMR integration experience
