What we’re looking for:

Iodine Software is seeking a Vice President, Product Strategy to join the team!

What you’ll do:

As VP of Product Strategy, you will help define and lead the culture to become a Product Led organization as Iodine continues its trajectory towards high growth. In this role you will:

• Define and promote Iodine’s platform vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with Strategy and Product Marketing peers to develop and maintain an understanding of research, company business needs, competitor/industry trends
• Lead a high performing group of Product Managers, Designers and Tech Writers to help implement frameworks and best of breed processes to govern the entire product portfolio lifecycle from requirements definition through product delivery leveraging Design Thinking and Agile development
• Assist in buy-build-partner decisions to bring new innovative solutions and products to market
• Institute and roll out frameworks to develop roadmaps that consider market leadership and technical prowess.
• Develop high accountability and responsibility of high-quality roadmap deliverables on time and within budget
• Mentor and coach existing team members to build high performing teams at all levels in the product management function and recruit new talent as needed
• Create and foster highly collaborative working relationship with cross functional teams including design, product and platform engineering, tech innovation, data science, clinical, sales, customer experience and finance

What we’d love to see:

Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications, and experience):

• BS or BA degree preferably in Software Engineering, Data sciences or Healthcare. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of leading product teams in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of successfully growing revenues and margins for SaaS product portfolios
• Strong leader with minimum 10 years of experience in recruiting, managing, coaching, and leading high performing product teams
• Competence working on large, complex product portfolios
• Experience with business case development
• Excellent research analysis and decision-making skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent ability to develop recommendations, form judgments and make decisions based on existing available data.

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA highly preferred
• Experience in the healthcare technology industry preferred preferably RCM and/or Clinical
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing
• Experience in Agile Product Development & Pragmatic Marketing
• Experience in Design Thinking
• Strong intellect and analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently.
• Collaborative leadership and management style that fosters innovative thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
