We are looking for a Tableau Developer to work with the business and IT teams. The Tableau Developer will be responsible for converting the Qlikview dashboards to Tableau Dashboards.

To be successful as a Tableau Developer in this role, you should have a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, strong analytical skills, an understanding of Qlikview, and ETL Process, and deep expertise in Tableau.

What will you do

• Understanding the current dashboards deployed on Qlikview.
• Design the migration path for dashboards from Qlikview to Tableau. (Defining the ETL job requirements to facilitate the migration).
• Collaborate with the product team to define the dashboards.
• Creating visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau
• Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
• Managing Tableau Server
• Optimizing SQL queries for improving performances
• Finding the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth
• Developing reference documents or reports for the finalized project

What do you have?

• 4+ years of experience in Tableau
• In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics
• Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools
• Extensive experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization
• Enterprise-level experience in data presentation through various bars/charts/models/dashboards
• Sound knowledge and experience in Excel, PL/SQL, ETL, and Tableau platform
• Technical knowledge of Tableau Products and versions including Tableau Server, Tableau Public, Tableau Online, Tableau Desktop.
• Able to build visually stunning and interactive dashboards
• Able to manipulate and blend data in order to design dashboards and visualization
• Certifications in Tableau and other BI tools is an added advantage

• Exposure to Big data projects
• Certification: Tableau, Big Data, AWS Data Analytics Speciality

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team

Pre-Employment Assessment: 

You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.
