As a Tableau Administrator, you are experienced in architecting, deploying and troubleshooting Tableau Server Administration and Tableau Site Administration tasks.

What you will do?

• Architect Tableau Deployment by working with business teams
• Configure Tableau Server with best practices of Tableau to ensure security, scalability, availability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain the server health
• Set up tools to monitor hardware utilization and maintain sufficient headroom for future growth and peak usage spikes.
• Configure built-in alerts and incidents to notify you of events and thresholds.
• Use default administrative views to identify background task success/failure and job queueing, slow workbooks, disk usage, and license allocations.
• Create custom administrative views from repository data for deeper analytics on your deployment and set custom data-driven alerts for your own organization's policies and goals.
• Troubleshoot problems with Tableau Server logs.
• Measure content and data source traffic, content performance and size, job status, direct and indirect user engagement, and other behaviors such as login frequency and days since the last login.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Tableau Server Administration and Tableau Site Administration
• 2+ years of experience in architecting Tableau Deployments
• 3+ years of experience in Windows or Linux Administration
• 2+ years of public cloud experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

You will be preferred if

• You are Tableau certified Administrator
• AWS / Azure Certified Cloud Solutions Architect
