Our software services and support (S3) team is expanding and we’re looking for people who are passionate about utilizing genomic information to improve healthcare to join us. We are seeking a data engineer who is skilled in leveraging data to ensure customer success and skilled in workflow automation tools.

What you will do:

• Use data to answer questions, solve problems, ensure quality, and drive product development decision making
• Build dashboards to help internal teams and customers visualize their data
• Provide PGx data to other teams, such as medical affairs and marketing, upon request
• Automate SFTP workflows and reports to ensure customer success

What you bring to Invitae:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience 
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Python, etc. 
• Success in working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills, including experience with project management and/or agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in laboratory sciences, genetics, drug information or another healthcare setting is preferred
