Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/5 operations.

Transformation and Change (T&C) team is to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our ‘CoE and to implement/leverage standard processes globally. 

As a Senior Analyst, will be responsible to drive I&TS Transformation and Change agenda across Malaysia Client Operations with the objective to Improve process efficiency, cost savings and risk reduction. He/she will be required to draft comprehensive business case for critical improvement initiatives by assessing project feasibility, ROI, speed to market, RAID etc. The Senior Analyst will also be overseeing key business projects to ensure timely delivery without any budget leakage.

What will you do?

  • Process Re engineering, Optimization & Automation ( Include process improvement identification, requirements gathering, analysis and review, process optimization,

controls and risk assessment and adhering to project governance) + Project Implementation support.

  • Driving and leading all Lean Certification programs and initiatives and provide continuous support and guidance to the operation staff undergoing the lean certification to ensure completion of the program and delivery.
  • Ensure tracking and reporting of the improvement objectives, targets and KPI.
  • Management Reporting – business case preparation / project status update / performance reporting
  • Derive operational improvements via Python web development using various frameworks

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or MBA
  • 6-10 Years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence and Quality.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt
  • Hands-on experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3,JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience in Python web development using various frameworks like Django, Flask, Web2Py.
  • Good understanding of structured (SQL, Oracle) and unstructured database (Big-data), web-services and API
  • Hands-on experience on UI/UX Design (User interface & User Experience)
  • Clean and prepare data, answers questions, provides metrics to solve business problems, compile database systems, develop appropriate queries, work across platforms, and take care of disaster recovery.
  • Design, build, test, integrate, manage, and optimize data from a variety of sources. Build the infrastructure and architectures that enable data generation
  • Their primary focus is to build free-flowing data pipelines by combining a variety of big data technologies that enable real-time analytics. Data engineers also write complex queries to ensure that data is easily accessible
