Additional Educational Preferences:

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Management, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization (e.g., BA, BS, MS) or equivalent experience desired.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Understanding business needs in order to develop thoughtful solutions;
  • Defining data mapping activities across systems and data models;
  • Developing data validation routines to validate loading scripts;
  • Communicating with our consumers and assisting them to implement successful integration with MDM system;
  • Creating requirement documents that outline the mapping and translation activities;
  • Leading data integration efforts and teams in various data clean up projects;
  • Acting as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical project team to support integration activities;
  • Working with the MDM operation’s team to productionize data feeds;
  • Developing exceptions reports to manage exceptions;
  • Working with MDM project team to configure Informatica Data Director;
  • Developing testing routines and managing UAT of new releases and enhancements;
  • Supporting the onboarding of systems and processes with the DMO;
  • Driving programs and content to support local and global sharing across the network;
  • Remaining diligent in our efforts to secure data and information on behalf of our clients and Firm;
  • Achieving our group's strategic objectives and goals;
  • Measuring to project budgets and deliverables;
  • Establishing Integration standards and processes;
  • Effectiveness of data standardization programs and adoption;
  • Continuing process improvements directly correlating to increase levels of quality;
  • Committing to personal development of self and staff;
  • Demonstrating skills around creating/conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to the next steps;
  • Exhibiting judgment to foresee technical issues based on approaches and have an understanding of the impact of issues/ideas as they relate to PwC's strategic initiatives and objectives;
  • Communicating effectively with XLOS/XFunctional Firm leadership;

  • Exhibiting skills in Integration technologies such as REST based Web Services, SQL, SSRS, Application servers, Java, Excel Data Analysis;
  • Showcasing familiarity with Master Data Management concepts;
  • Highlighting systems to systems integration skills focused on real time services, standardization, integration patterns;
  • Working in an Agile/Scrum with DevOps environment;
  • Showcasing analytical data analysis skills;
  • Driving direction and management of data integration projects across a variety of systems and platforms;
  • Managing direct engagement with functional leaders/staff and LOS leader's/staff; and,
  • Implementing oversight of project deliverables & reporting where necessary.
