Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Required Fields of Study: Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Statistics
Additional Educational Requirements: Other quantitative fields of study may be considered

Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s)
Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Analyzing large and complex data sets to solve business challenges and present insights to non-analytics minded individuals;
  • Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, utilizing problem-solving skills, and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various management levels and external;
  • Identifying new and novel data sources to unlock insights based on client and project requirements;
  • Leveraging knowledge of such sources to identify opportunities beyond the immediate project;
  • Understanding of Healthcare, specifically pharmaceutical;
  • Working experience with external and internal data sources to support payer, provider and product insights; including IQVIA Rx and claims data, claims data, HCP affiliations data, amongst other standard pharma data sources;
  • Demonstrating experience working with visualization techniques and tools, advanced analytics techniques (regression, simulation, etc.), statistical Analysis and Techniques;
  • Understanding Business and Operations Analysis within marketing and operations, or risk analysis using quantitative techniques within Pharma and Life Sciences Industries;
  • Understanding Commercial Analytics experience within Pharma and Life Sciences Industries; and,
  • Possessing working experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Excel, VBA, data mining or data cleansing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred: Master of Science
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in executing various aspects of the business or information technology-related client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, including knowledge of an industry or functional domain and specialization in at least two of the following areas:

  • Understanding Statistical Analysis and Techniques;
  • Understanding Customer, Product and Pricing Analysis;
  • Possessing working knowledge with Business and Operations Analysis within marketing, operations, or risk analysis using quantitative techniques;
  • Working with advanced analytics techniques (regression, simulation, etc.);
  • Having applicable sources of external, internal or new data sources to support analytic methods and visualization techniques; and,
  • Analyzing large and complex data sets to solve business challenges and present insights to non-analytics minded individuals.
