Job Description
People Services India is looking for a strong Data Administrator to join the People Services team as part of our Global Hub Operations.
The Data administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of RTX employees documents - organize documents for processing, verify the document information for accuracy and inconsistencies, and update necessary databases.
Responsibilities
- Verify employees information from the source document and take appropriate actions.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Run and manage regular reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Maintain Confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Management.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Great attention to details.
- Communicate effectively and possess strong business writing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
- Effectively Works with Others - Works well with internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others in problem solving and work process improvements.
- Excellent Customer Service skills – ability to communicate to all people at all levels within the organization. Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues.
