In the Digital Product Management organization, the analyst will split time between supporting existing products like Qlik Sense dashboards, supporting customer questions that are sent to the team, and using their technical skills to bring new value to the table. In this highly visible support role, the analyst will be the part of the team’s front line, addressing the needs of the customer community. In the technical role, the analyst will be utilizing our team’s tools to automate and improve processes.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with existing Analytics Products that use tools such as Qlik Sense, Python, and other technologies.
• Create trainings and modify trainings on how to use DPM products and tools where applicable.
• Provide Qlik Access according to process.
• Work to identify repetitive, manual tasks and work with team members to automate as appropriate.
• Teach new users to create their own dashboards, pull data from existing dashboards, create custom sheets, Metric Insights tiles, etc. according to customer needs.
• Work with developers to further troubleshoot where necessary.
• Provide accurate information on DPM products and services.
• Record events, audit, and issue resolution in logs: Service Now, GitHub and Enterprise Analytics Workflow.
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
• Create and execute Lunch and Learns for the Qlik Sense Dashboards, including video recording.
• Lead in some areas of execution and build leadership skills for future roles.
• Maintain the continuous flow of the process utilized by the DPM team and ensure that all users’ needs are being met while complying with system requirements and standards.
• Interface with internal and external teams to ensure technical work meets the team’s quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative related discipline: Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Math, Information Technology. Other degrees acceptable with an appropriate background in analytics.
• 5+ years’ experience with at least 2 years' experience in digital technology and/or product management OR 3 years' experience and 1 year in digital technology and/or product management with an advanced degree.
• Required Coding Skills: Proficiency level intermediate or advanced in Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
• Oral and written English fluency.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree is a plus
• Additional Desired Coding Skills: Python, R, C, or some other procedural coding language.
• Analytical/critical thinking with the ability to solve problems independently is a must.
• Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within discipline.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work professionally with individuals and in teams and to interact effectively at all levels within the company.
