Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and align with internal stakeholders from the Customer Service, Operations and Finance for overall production forecast alignment.
• Establish and use analytical software to identify potential orders delay, bottleneck processes, and priorities key orders to Operations
• Establish monthly sales projections by securing Operations’ commitment and using data analytic tools to study historical trend.
• Automate production performance reports (actual receipt, sales, TAT, etc.).
• Create data visualization and use data analytics to make better, faster decisions; scalable software solutions to automate and simplify.
• Perform regular variance analysis to identify gaps and the impact from data change.
• Streamline and improve internal and external report out to key stakeholders on forecast and gap analysis.
• Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
• Participate in cost reduction projects to drive costs efficiency and profitability of the company.
• Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or any relevant Engineering fields.
• 2 years of relevant experience in business analytics or data analytics.
• Fresh graduates with keen interests in big data and data analytics are welcome to apply.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage big data to support business forecasting and planning.
• Expert in MS Office Applications in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Qlik sense, Python, Tableau, etc.
• Agile and highly adaptable to support quick turn demand.
• Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong business acumen.
• Relevant analytics experience in Aerospace MRO or Manufacturing is a plus.
