What You'll Do for Us:
Digital Transformation & Automation:
- Develop and implement digital tools and automation solutions to enhance performance reviews of key RGM initiatives
- Automate routine data processing, reporting, and analytics to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making and strategic execution.
Develop new Capabilities:
- Work with local RGM Team as well as Global RGM Team to develop new Tools and capabilities for RGM;
- Manage and extract key insights from actual Tools mainly for Price-promo insights;
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong digital skills with experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience in developing digital solutions, automation tools, and AI-driven insights.
- High potential candidates with strong technical and analytical capabilities will be considered, even without prior business experience.
- Experience in performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and dashboard development is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to automate reporting and analysis routines.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field if preferred.
