Job Description

As part of the Coca-Cola Europe Digital Services Data & Analytics Team you will partner with business stakeholders to build data/insight products using multiple data sources, analytical techniques and visualisations to enable the business to make better and faster decisions.  The Analytics Solutions Manager will help translate strategic business questions into analytical requirements, partnering with our OU to prototype Advanced Analytic solutions and scale where appropriate. You will use your technical skills, modelling abilities, and curiosity to deliver key insights that drive data driven decision making and routines which advance our data maturity. You are technically and analytically savvy and know how to synthesize data into key insights and are passionate about driving the adoption of our products with your impactful communication skills.  A team-player attitude is crucial, we value collaboration, curiosity, purpose, and diversity as part of our culture.

What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • You will be responsible for leveraging our data to create analytics that can support current and future needs, driving analytical maturity, new capabilities, partnering with data architecture, governance, solutions and Platform Service Data and IT teams.
  • Design and implement systems and processes to deploy data & Analytical Solutions across multiple business functions.
  • Adding intelligence with AI/ML where it matters to create new efficiencies and new value.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure deeper understanding of the business function.
  • Problem-solve with product and business teams, advise executive team how to use Advanced Analytics across the company.
  • Proactively connect to others within the function, other business functions and any other Enterprise functions.
  • Align with peer Analytics Solutions Leads to build shareable/reusable solutions and eliminate silos.
  • Identify common data & Advanced Analytics needs vs exclusive needs.
  • Study current data systems & Advanced Analytics solutions in place and problems need to be addressed.
  • Manage and track projects using Agile / Scrum methodology by breaking projects down into features and stories.
  • Share functional learnings with the peer Analytics Solutions Leads and with Capabilities Team to drive deployment of global solutions and standards.
  • Be passionate about and ensure the adoption and user experience of the tools and products that you are involved in through effective business stakeholder management, training, incremental development and ongoing support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Quantitative field, (ML/AI, Computer Sc./Advanced Analytics, Econometrics).
  • Advanced Programming skills in Python & SQL (knowledge of R is a plus).
  • Data Science and/or Azure certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience on MS DevOps and Azure Databricks.
  • Experience building Forecasting, Geolocation Data Analytics or Dynamic Optimization Tools is a plus.
  • Experience in using Cloud environments for analytical projects is a plus

  • Analytical & communication skills, able to listen to and influence those in less technical, commercial facing roles to act and invest in capabilities with compelling business cases. 
  • Ability to translate strategy into action, using knowledge of current business process & practices and evolving technology & data to develop tools and solutions that drive winning results in the marketplace.
  • A passion to learn/develop and bring in emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value.
