Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with technical documentation, developer facing, Cloud Application programming interfaces (APIs), networking protocols, or network architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a technical writer.
• Experience with computer networking technologies, such as Domain Name System (DNS), routers, the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing protocol, firewalls and firewall rules including iptables, Virtual Private Networks and cloud-based services, and load balancers and proxies.
• Experience with public Cloud technologies such as Cloud Networking technologies, Compute technologies, ML/AI technologies, or data systems (e.g., Data Warehousing, Analytics, SQL).

Technical writers plan, create, and maintain educational content as an integral part of the engineering or user experience. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material.
