What You’ll Do for Us
- Align on key business issues by working closely with business stakeholders.
- Discover data sources necessary to design solution and collaborate with Regional Delivery Center to develop the right data foundation required to develop analytics solutions.
- Develop BI reports with proper UI/UX tailored to answer key business questions after clearly understanding analysis process.
- Monitor adoption and satisfaction of end users by tracking usage report, lead product updates to meet market and business changes.
- Maintain the enterprise data platform to reflect business and market changes.
- Look for new ways of analytics leveraging all emerging technologies i.e. ML/AI.
- Adapt global data analysis products for use in the Japan and South Korea operating unit and deploy them to deliver compelling end user experiences that drive business growth
- Lead stakeholder engagement within Japan and South Korea operating unit and Coca-Cola system network demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams in other regions across the globe to lead projects successfully.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Data Analytics
- A minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in the data analysis heavy environment such as data analysis, strategy consulting, finance, or associated field.
- Working experience of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, etc. is must.
- Experience in driving incremental business value by leveraging different analytics technique.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI and proficiency in SQL, Python is preferred.
- Aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
