Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product direction, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in product management.
- Experience working in the payments industry (e.g., payment processors, payment issuers, and payment networks especially address in E-commerce/Digital Payments).
- Experience developing technical roadmaps and plans to implement solutions, and effective communication of the roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability for thought leadership and building productive relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate different levels of abstraction, from technical to executive.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop the direction and strategy for the mitigation of Payments solutions. Drive the product launches and design products and solutions for all business processes reducing risk and customer impact with increased efficiency.
- Anticipate evolving payments landscape and emerging regulations that could impact Payments product responsibilities. Proactively facilitate products remediation and help drive complex operational initiatives.
- Work closely with Risk, Forms of Payments, user facing purchase flow teams, partner engineering, data science teams, operations, analytics, and executives of key vertical customers to drive Platform product strategy and roadmap.
- Interpret/Develop the latest innovations in managing Payments and how they can be applied to Google’s business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and product and technical expertise in Payments solutions. Craft product narratives that inspire and influence teams across verticals and the platform.
