Job Description

This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform.

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of Gartner’s customer experience platform

• Serve as overall product owner and lead a scrum team of product managers, data scientist, engineers and designers

• Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities

• Prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals

• Design, build, launch and assess MVPs in accordance with lean product principles

• Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus

• 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of experience in digital product management including people management

• Strong working knowledge and understanding of the application of data science (including machine learning, natural language processing); experience leading scrum teams with Data Scientists will be a plus

• Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued

• Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations

• Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
