Job Description

In Finance Digital Transformation, we enable our global finance teams to be effective and innovative with the implementation of new technology solutions. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Sciences to join our group!

This role can be based in our Raleigh/Wilmington, NC offices, our Pittsburgh, PA office or our Waltham MA office and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days/office and 2 days/home each week.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with colleagues across departments to understand common challenges and opportunities. Use this knowledge to develop data science solutions for a large global finance team and our valued customers.
• Lead efforts to identify predictive drivers, trends, outliers, and patterns to help guide enterprise-wide business insights
• Develop data science solutions from ideation to scenario testing, driving efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
• Apply sophisticated analytics and data visualization techniques to extract actionable insights that reveal revenue and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead and support a team of specialists in data engineering, business intelligence and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience in data science roles with multifaceted responsibilities and scope
• Experience in building artificial intelligence models and analyzing complex data sets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
• Expertise in data reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAS Analytics.
• Strong social skills and ability to meet objectives.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
