Job Description

• Identify key drivers influencing data science KPI’s, and enable divisional reporting capabilities with alignment of analytics methodologies.

• Work closely with divisional Marketing and Commercial teams to develop and share key metrics and attribution best practices for better understanding of data science results/ROI.

• Independently derive and standardize key metrics and revenue attribution techniques for data science across digital marketing and commercial channels.

• Support ongoing divisional marketing, sales, and digital channel reports/dashboards and support ad hoc deep dives to help data science senior leaders optimize efforts.

• Travel: Up to 5% travel (domestic only) required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience working with data analytics, or related experience. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience working with data analytics, or related experience as an equivalent alternative.

Required knowledge or experience with:

• Applied mathematics and/or statistical methods and theories;
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets yielding opportunities for revenue and/or process improvement within an organization;
• Database experience with SQL skills;
• Programming experience in R or Python; and
• Visualization experience with PowerBI.
