We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team of analytics experts. This role will be responsible for migrating existing data assets into the new Cloudera version which includes migrating to the latest Hive and HBase, Impala versions . We are looking for someone who can bring their vision to the table and implement positive change in taking the company's data analytics to the next level.

Requirements

• Experience in developing, deploying solutions to handle large-scale data volumes leveraging the latest compute frameworks and utilizing distributed file system technologies including HDFS, HBase, Object Storage
• Experience in designing and implementing big data solutions using Kubernetes open-source capabilities and Cloudera distribution
• Good working experience on Cloud, Delta Lake, ETL processing.
• Experience in Big Data technologies like HDFS, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Kafka, Spark, etc.
• Big Data development experience along with Linux shell scripting, Ansible, Spark frameworks within Cloudera and Kubernetes
• Working knowledge on Python/ Java Programming.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD capabilities is a plus
• Working with a wide range of data sources like (DB2, SAP HANA etc) and intermediate expertise in SQL and PL/SQL(optional)
• Ability to work with a global team, playing a key role in communicating problem context to the remote teams, stakeholders and product owners.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
