About the role -

We are looking for an AD/Director (Delivery Operations). As an AD/Director (Delivery Operations) at Tiger Analytics, you will be responsible for

• Planning and staffing multiple programs for delivering value to customers / internal stakeholders
• Conducting performance appraisals for the US employees
• Ensuring employee development needs are met by working with mentors and managers
• Facilitating talent incubation, transformation and retention by working with HR & L&D
• Ensuring compliance, effective staff utilization, employee satisfaction, operation health, and delivery excellence
• Delivering internal business value through a data and metric driven approach to problem solving
• Work with leadership to streamline and improve business processes and long-term business planning

Requirements

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in IT/ITeS industry having been responsible for delivery of large programs/ accounts – Ideal candidate would have been a Delivery Head or a Sr. Delivery Manager for a large engagement
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to stay well organized, versatile; have a keen attention to detail and flexibility to work with different aspects of a business
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill-level brought to the table.
