About the Work

We are looking for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence intern. The main work is to study, under the supervision of permanent staff within the team, artificial intelligence techniques for our engineering applications. The scope of work is expected to be, but not limited to:

• Perform literature search on mathematical & statistical modelling, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
• Methods development
• The candidate is expected to perform methods review to improve the current regression and classification modelling capabilities already implemented in our in-house tool.
• Develop tools & processes working in collaboration with the team members and external academic partners.
• Methods application
• Support of application of relevant methods to various engineering projects

Requirement

• Post-grad degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science
• Experience in developing Neural Network models
• Python programming skills
• Good communication skills
• Good team worker
• Ability and confidence to work independently.
• Existing permit to work in UK
