Summary

We are a leading company in the healthcare sector, seeking an experienced and dedicated Full stack developer with focus on front-end development. Our focus is on leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and machine learning models to revolutionize the medical device landscape. The successful candidate will possess expertise in areas such as API Development, UI/UX Development, and Cloud Computing. Generative AI application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality, scalable, and reusable code for front-end applications.

• Spearhead the development of advanced web applications with Node.js and Vue.js, emphasizing responsive design and seamless user experience.

• Harness the power of AWS services to deploy and manage containerized front-end applications efficiently.

• Design and construct robust APIs with FastAPI, ensuring their integration and performance align with business requirements.

• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code to produce visual elements of the application interface.

• Implement and maintain automated testing protocols to ensure the integrity and quality of the software.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to refine specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Facilitate the continuous deployment and performance monitoring of applications within production environments.

• Explore and integrate state-of-the-art technologies, such as Generative AI models and advanced language processing platforms..

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of front-end development technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frameworks like Vue.js and Node.js.

• Demonstrable experience with AWS for deploying scalable, high-availability applications.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing resources, with a focus on AWS (Azure knowledge is a plus).

• Proficient in implementing front-end design principles to create dynamic and intuitive user interfaces.

• Solid background in mobile application development and a thorough understanding of the nuances of the mobile landscape.

• Advanced experience in API development, especially with FastAPI, to support scalable application architectures.

• Practical experience with automated testing strategies and tools for front-end applications.

• Previous involvement in the healthcare industry, with an appreciation for its regulatory and compliance standards, is highly regarded.

• Exceptional communication abilities and proven success working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with the latest AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, LLAMA2, and LangChain, would be beneficial.

• Fluent English is a must.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a similar field, with a Ph.D. being a notable asset.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a track record of delivering IT solutions that provide tangible business value.

• At least 3 years of direct involvement in the life sciences industry, with 2+ years dedicated to the development of business cases.

• Preference for candidates with prior experience in large, matrixed organizational structures.
