Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of analytics professionals and work closely with brand and vendor/agency partners. By leveraging strong presentation skills and bringing forward a data supported POV, you will guide key business decisions for the enterprise.

KEY ACCOUNTABLES:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing measurement strategy and vision in collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership teams across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with Vendors, Agencies, Analytics teams internally and Business teams across the enterprise to ensure smooth & timely delivery of analytics, insights & measurement capabilities in service of the business
  • Coach and build a team of measurement/analytics experts in the disciplines of MMM, Retail media, Digital media deep dives and Experimentation
  • Inform Growth distortion efforts via portfolio wide measurement optimizations for our Key Segments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create, evaluate, and deploy new measurement tools and next generation analytic solutions
  • Partner closely with data and technology experts, data scientists to help guide optimal visualization that communicate KPIs and insights to brand stakeholders
  • Keep up to date on latest industry trends and best practices in measurement analytics to ensure program continues to be best in class and shares thought leadership internally

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing measurement analytics with a proven track record of influencing business leaders in making spending decisions
  • Measurement experience in traditional and digital touchpoint analytics, preferably with a CPG manufacturer, measurement solutions company or in a media agency setting
  • Experience with marketing analytics beyond MMM (Attribution, and A/B testing methodologies)
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights across a portfolio of brands, build a story, and bring-forward a POV to key stakeholders including executive audiences
  • Solid working knowledge of media KPIs, analytics, mathematics, statistics, and data science
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational navigation skills with agility to work with multiple stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years experience in marketing measurement analytics
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $121700.00 - $203000.00 / Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
