Job Description

General Mills, Digital and Technology India, is seeking a MLOps Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Data Science team. The Analyst, ML Operations is part of the D&T Data Science team and will work to advance our objective of leading CPG in digital and technology. As part of the data science function, they will play a critical role in advancing our machine learning and data science programs. They will support and advise D&T Data Science projects in planning, managing, and evaluating operations, processes, and programs. The analyst will assist in all aspects of operational and organizational effectiveness of machine learning solutions.

Role Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in planning and implementation of MLOps projects, initiatives, and deliverables
• Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress
• Partner to develop and implement enterprise MLOps documentation standards
• Develop and maintain tooling to support operational excellence and manage key workstreams
• Analyze policies, procedures, and practices and make recommendations for optimization
• Collect and document MLOps best practices and manage internal communications
• Performs other duties as assigned

Must - have technical skills and experience

• Overall 8+yrs of Industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required
• Preferable management exposure in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Math or related fields with some quantitative training.
• Experience working on technical projects, programs and/or practice areas
• Experience managing complex technical tasks and projects
• Experience working with an Agile development methodology featuring sprints, point estimation and daily stand-ups.

Good to have skills

• Knowledge of data science, analytics, or similar field
• Experience with Jira, ADO, or similar program management tools
• Knowledge of Google Cloud a plus
