Job Description

As a Research Analyst, you help our Research department to further professionalize and you are responsible for collecting, enriching, interpreting and analyzing data. Based on thorough research, you offer a quantitative overview of developments in the real estate sector. Moreover, as an analyst you are involved in all projects with which we make major steps towards a data-driven organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing trends in the real estate and economic markets;
• Guaranteeing up-to-date data and research reports;
• Conducting research into real estate and providing insights to the team and the organization with innovative analysis tools.

Desired profile

You are an analytical young professional and have an affinity with real estate. You enjoy working with data, trends and connections and work extremely accurately. You are a real team player, are stress-resistant and have strong communication skills. Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Then we would like to meet you! To take on this challenge with us you will also need:

• A completed relevant master's degree (such as human geography, business analytics and/or data science);
• Some experience with data processing programs and programming languages ​​such as Data Bricks or Python;
• Some experience with carrying out analyzes (also possible during study or internship);
• An excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
