The Program Manager for Analytics is part of an ongoing initiative to provide outcome-focused oversight on Analytics.. This role is key to client facing analytics and will be spending equal amounts of time in communications, administration and consulting. In order to drive successful delivery of new analytics programs, this role must build cross-functional bridges with other departments and teams to develop a deep understanding of an entire business process.

Job Description

  • Shepherding business intelligence initiatives to completion within scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Program lead for establishing and managing Analytics Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborating with Tech & Analytics peers to develop best practices for feature request intake, management, and documentation.
  • Regularly updating internal progress trackers and report-outs.
  • Documenting and disseminating process flows and diagrams to support change management.
  • Gathering with cross functional teams to identify and document business requirements related to assigned initiatives.
  • Participating in daily/weekly project and team standup meetings.
  • Making recommendations to simplify solutions, reducing duplicative effort.
  • Building cross functional relationships across the account.
  • Ensuring vendors are in compliance with and delivering on their Statements of Work and Contracts.
  • Escalating key project blockers to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Draft initial feature prioritization and recommendations for business team review.
  • Creating “on-brand” slide decks that can be easily leveraged by other stakeholders.
  • Running User Adoption Testing (UAT) and formalizing Business Requirement Docs (BRDs) for new systems and projects.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
    • Specify preferred major: Data Science, Analytics
  • Certifications, Licenses, or Accreditations preferred
    • Specify requirements: Project Management, ITIL or SDLC, Google Analytics/PM

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years experience in commercial real estate, facilities management or related fields is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience managing complex, technical projects for enterprise-grade companies
  • Specialized knowledge / skills:
    • Knowledge of Cloud, Network & Telecommunications Management 
    • Knowledge of Data Science Methodology and its use
    • Google Workspace (GMail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office / 365, including Access, Project, Visio, SharePoint 
    • Project Management Methodologies
    • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations / Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC) 
    • Must be able to use laptop, Mobile Device and wireless technologies
    • Experience with any of the following systems: Looker, Tableau, Data Marketplace, GCP
    • Knowledge of service order, contract, supplier management, procurement, and/or accounting practices to aid in the identification, management and resolution of technology problems for effective client service delivery. PM in order to design and manage complex solutions and delivery to clients. 
    • Experience in providing SDLC solutions with a focus in supplier management, service requests, contact management, contract management, and project management. This is required to understand and meet very detailed process and reporting requirements as they vary across different client verticals (ex. government, healthcare, corporate, and retail) 
    • High Level of critical thinking and judgment exercised daily 
    • Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to take charge with minimal information
    • Knows how to engage a client for sales or solution that best fits their organization and culture with limited knowledge 
    • Able to determine how to handle client requests that are not in their best interest or are outside of scope of delivery or technology capability. 
    • Able to choose the most effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resources.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner.
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.

This position requires that the employee perform services for a customer at a customer facility. The customer mandates that all service providers entering its facility be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
