You Will

• Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Generate actionable insights to inform product strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement experiments effectively.
• Analyze and communicate A/B test results and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Write SQL jobs within DBT to transform raw data into structured datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy during the transformation process.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain and optimize DBT pipelines.
• Test and validate data pipelines and analytical events to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Implement data monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies or issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
• At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing tech company.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, GTM is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
