We are seeking a scrappy and innovative Community Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and grow our Discord Server.

You will

• Manage the daily operations of the Picsart Discord server to foster a positive, inclusive, and creative environment.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user participation, contribution, and overall community satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage community interactions, promptly addressing inquiries, comments, and concerns.
• Organize and host creative events, Q&A sessions, contests, and other community-building activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product, to align community management strategies with company objectives and promotions.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies, addressing and resolving conflicts and ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs, producing regular reports and insights to aid in the development of community growth and engagement strategies.
• Identify and collaborate with potential brand ambassadors, influencers, and other partners to promote community growth.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and community management best practices to ensure the community’s continuous improvement and growth.

About you

• 2-3 years of experience in community management, preferably within creative industries or tech.
• Deep love of creativity and familiarity with Generative AI creative tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships and interactions.
• Experience with Discord server management and a deep understanding of Discord functionalities and best practices.
• Self-starter attitude and a willingness to take on tasks proactively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
