You will

• Collaborate with executives and business unit leaders to establish a compelling vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product.
• Lead a cross-functional product team, consisting of Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science professionals, to create and launch intuitive product experiences that generate measurable impact on customer behavior.
• Ensure effective communication by regularly updating the team and stakeholders on Product KPIs and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Work closely with our Research team to explore innovative ways to enhance existing products and deliver increased value to users.

About you

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on Creator SaaS products, demonstrating a strong track record of success in leading and evolving lean agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience in taking rough ideas from concept to planning and successful product launches.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in real-time and asynchronously across different time zones
• Diverse background working on both new and mature products in both early stage and scaled up organisations
• Passionate about fostering creativity and driving innovation
