HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Collaborate and strategize with business teams to design and measure Hilton for Business impact to RPI. Assess rate of revenue displacement and lift from product offering.
  • Assess impact of the digital Groups Meetings and Events offering insofar as it pertains to conversion efficiency, rate efficiency, and time savings.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with partners to build data environment to support the Business-to-Business data products.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Multi-functional work will involve teams such as data science, marketing, digital, customer and product teams.
  • Collaborate with the Digital, Revenue and Product teams to gather requirements to tie different data sources together in a consumable format in RedShift.
  • Partner with Honors Analytics to understand and articulate the value of points pooling within our Hilton for Business offering.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Lead the Sales Analytics Business-to-Business offering, which includes Hilton for Business, Groups Meetings and Events, and Luxury Travel Advisory.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience in roles creating and analyzing reports, gathering reporting requirements, developing reports and dashboards
  • Four (4) years of experience with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling
  • Experience leading meetings with partners to understand business needs
  • Experience with BI and data tools (including SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAS, Qlik, etc.)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Two (2) years functional experience in Hotel Sales, Revenue Management, or Hospitality Analytics
  • Experience in advanced analytic techniques such as R or Python
  • Experience working with large datasets and database setup
